Pili McCloy is a passionate career coach that has a mission to empower young professionals and college students to land their dream jobs. Supporting over 100 clients in 2 years, Pili's career consultancy, EMPOWERMÉ Resumes, has helped her clients land jobs at companies like LinkedIn, PepsiCo, Honda Corp., Whirlpool and Proctor & Gamble. In her full-time role, she works at Cardinal Health as an Account Management & Customer Experience Supervisor within the CSS EMERGE Program. She has a passion for inclusion, ending the network gap and glass ceiling, and sharing career tips on TikTok & LinkedIn.
