"The BIG YP Networking Event" on Thursday, July 20 from 7:30am - 9:30am is a great opportunity for YPs from around the city to meet one another, network a bit, win awesome giveaways and have some fun. The event includes breakfast and coffee, and will feature health, wellness, and outdoorsy vendors with fun raffle prize giveaways at the Costco at Polaris.

Fishing with Dad is a fun, safe, family-friendly event that encourages bonding time between fathers and their children. Our volunteers help ensure the success of this event by having fun while engaging with fathers and their children so they are aware of all of the activities and events available throughout the day and can make the most of the event.

Join us for a private Ladies of the League Yoga Class at Replenish: The Spa Co-Op! We will participate in an hour long practice guided by the staff of Replenish. If there is enough interest after the class concludes we will enjoy brunch together . The cost of the class is $5 with proceeds going to Replenish.

Now, in its 41st year, TV One is taking it primetime in an exclusive 2-hour special – the National Urban League Presents: State of Black America Town Hall, airing on May 31 at 8/7c. Hosted by Roland Martin and taped before a live audience at the historic Howard Theatre in Washington, D.C., this groundbreaking event brings together some of our nation’s greatest thought leaders, journalists and public figures for a powerful and honest dialogue about what the latest State of Black America report reveals, and the future of urban America.
Our Watch Party will begin with a networking hour at 6pm followed by the program beginning at 8pm. We hope you will join us for this historic event!

On May 17th for The Columbus Foundation #TheBigTable we will host a discussion entitled Mask Off: Hope, Recovery and Resilience in the face of Mental Illness Part I.
Join #CULYP as we dive into the discussion of Mental Health in our community. How it impacts our work, affects our relationships and how it’s killing our people. Let’s talk success, societal pressures, social media, and perception. Are we doing what we need to do for ourselves, our loved ones and our community?
