CULYP is excited to partner with Growing and Growth Collective for a Garden/community clean up on April 16th, 10am-1pm. Growing and Growth Collective has several gardens within 1-2 mile radius from the Columbus Urban League. There will be two opportunities to volunteer during the day:

• Garden Crew: This would entail helping prepare the gardens for the growing season; this includes, placing soil in beds, mulching and other general garden activities. This would be especially attractive for anyone who is interested in gardening, so they can get acquainted with growing spaces.

• Community Clean Up Crew: A crew of people would walk the surrounding neighborhood, while picking up trash and hanging information about the gardens on doors.
