CULYP is excited to welcome J. Averi Frost, President & CEO of Freedom Equity, as the featured host for our second Dinner with an Executive.
As President & CEO of Freedom Equity, a federally certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), J. Averi Frost is leading efforts to increase access to affordable capital, business development resources, and technical assistance for Black-owned and underserved businesses throughout Central Ohio. Under her leadership, Freedom Equity is helping entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses, create jobs, and strengthen the economic vitality of our communities.
Dinner with an Executive is a quarterly Professional & Personal Development initiative designed to connect young professionals ages 21–40 with influential leaders through authentic conversation, executive insight, and meaningful relationship-building.
Whether you're launching your career, stepping into leadership, growing your business, or continuing to expand your professional influence, this intimate experience is designed to provide value at every stage of your professional journey.
During this dinner, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in conversation around:

Dinner with an Executive is one of the many benefits of paid CULYP membership. However, non-members are welcome to attend based on availability. Registration is first come, first served, and future dinner pricing may vary depending on the host and venue.
